Easy Set Up the Meat Slicer

• 1. Take out the V-shaped feeding table.
• 2. Locate the wing nut (the one with the wing) in the accessory kit.
• 3. Place the V-shaped feed table on the board, carefully pass the bolt through the hole on the board, and tighten the bolt with a wing nut from the bottom.
• NOTE — Do not install the shaped feeding table too far to the right, otherwise the blade on the handle may touch the feeding table during slicing.

Spring Meat Feeding Design

• 1. Press the spring to the left, and then press the spring to the meat block to fix it
• 2. Fasten the tension spring (on the second hole of the meat pressing plate)
• 3. Press and hold the meat pressing plate with your hand to make the spines roll into the meat, then you can operate it with one hand.
• NOTE — The spring meat feeding design only plays a role in assisting the delivery of the meat column, and is not fully automatic.

Use as a Kitchen Knife

• When you don’t need to use as slicer, you can remove the V-shaped feeding table and the blade baffle, and use it to cut some hard fruits and vegetables, such as carrots and onions. Help you to complete the food preparation work in the restaurant or kitchen.
• NOTE — Do not use it to cut thawed meat or meat with bones.
